If you don't know us, we have been operating in this central Playa del Carmen location since 2013. This convenient location has allowed us to enjoy serving locals, ex-pats and tourists alike. All without the hustle and bustle and exorbitant rents in the tourist zone. This location has metered parking, (10 pesos per hour), so there is almost always parking available. Currently, there is also free street parking on streets west of 30 Avenue, although they lack the convenience of parking steps to the restaurant.
In addition to our pleasant, inviting dining location, takeout and delivery totaled about 50% of our annual sales, making us accessible to the entire Playa del Carmen community.
But 11+ years was enough for us so we are going to go do other things. And that's where your opportunity knocks...
